EVH presents the Wolfgang® Custom Deluxe U.S.A. - a perfect combination of vintage-style and modern design elements destined to become a future classic instrument.
In a first for a Wolfgang guitar model, its graphite-reinforced mahogany set neck is crafted with a vintage-style '50s-era neck profile that imparts a classically comfortable playing feel.
The distinctive Wolfgang body has a 1.5-thick mahogany core with a half-inch-thick arched maple top (AAA maple on Vintage Burst model) and black-and-white binding. The 12-16 compound radius ebony fingerboard has 22 vintage-style stainless steel frets, elegant mother-of-pearl block inlays and white binding. Other features include a pair of direct mount Wolfgang Zebra humbucking pickups with three-way toggle switching, a pair of volume knobs with EVH Bourns 500k low-friction volume potentiometers, a pair of tone knobs with Bourns 250k high-friction tone potentiometers, bone nut, heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel, TonePros® adjustable Tune-o-matic-style bridge with stop tailpiece, and more.
